Tenancy details.

The units are available on flexible leases and will be subject to a service charge to cover maintenance of the fabric of the building and the common car park / landscaped areas. Occupiers will be responsible for their own utility bills, broadband and communication costs. Rental terms are available upon application and successful applicants will be required to provide a deposit.

The landlord will take care of the building management and maintenance issues allowing you to concentrate on your business. These services will include: maintenance of the buildings, drainage, landscaping, car parks, cleaning and lighting of the common parts, exterior window cleaning, paying the rates for the common parts and insuring the buildings.

Tenants are responsible for:

  • Their own energy costs.
