Eight companies are now occupying their new premises on Skylon Park with work underway on a further three sites.

Nine other companies are renting units in our direct developments, Skylon Court and Skylon Place, both of which are fully occupied.

 

Quickskip Hereford Limited

With existing premises on the Thorn Estate at Rotherwas, Quickskip have diversified and set up a new site on Chapel Road for the screening, crushing and manufacturing of concrete products.

 

Pearson Precision Toolmakers Limited

Pearson Precision Toolmakers Ltd have moved into their new premises on Coldnose Road.

Woodstock Trading Company

Woodstock Trading Company have moved their base of operations from Gloucester to Skylon Park, bringing 27 new job opportunities to the county.  This largest development on Skylon Park to date was operational within 9 months of starting on site.

Western Power Distribution

Western Power Distribution, a statutory undertaker responsible for the maintenance of the electricity distribution network, started work on their new site on the Enterprise Zone in May 2014.  Work has now been completed and the new facility is in use.

The site accommodates a major new regional centre offering engineering facilities, office space and storage for the company, as well as significant apprenticeship opportunities for young people in the area.

Marches Group

Marches Group have recently completed work on their new facility in Coldnose Road and are now in occupation.  Marches Group moved from London to Herefordshire in 2007, and were already located on Rotherwas Industrial Estate.  However due to a major expansion of the business they needed additional space to accommodate their modern injection moulding machines and increasing number of employees.  Marches Group developed the BROADFIX range of packers and shims for use in the construction industry and produce tens of thousands of packers every day, supplying them to Builders Merchants, Fixing Distributers and DIY retailers, making their products available to professional tradesmen as well as the DIY market.

Beck UK

The first investors, Beck Group started work in September 2013 and have occupied their new facility since April 2014.  Beck Group deal in packaging and protection products for the construction and horticultural industries.
